I'm interested to read CHRISTIES CHILDs' version of the game, and how poor the ref was etc...

Re: Morescum v Accy
Just back cracking day out,I have never seen so much passion from JC, JB and the players at the end of a game, to be honest the shrimps did not start playing till we were 2 up and we did the usual foot off the pedal stuff, mullers was well handled by Kempson while he was on the pitch the other bonus was Jevons going off, really we should have had about four and only a smart save by roache kept Bobby Grants long range free kick out.Bring on Bury now and the Gills in the cup we have the beating of them both. ON STANLEY ON

Re: Morescum v Accy
Couldn't get there today (domestic reasons), but sounds like us stayaways missed a cracker, including the usual final 10 minutes "blood pressure special". I'm just sitting here watching that table come round every few minutes on Sky Sports News. Yes, I know, I know, I'm a very sad man...but also wonderfully, marvellously, ecstatically happy!
Roll on Monday.

Re: Morescum v Accy
I thought Stanley played really well. And could and probably should have scored more than two goals.

Re: Morescum v Accy
Excellent day out today... the Bury management team were sat near us in the stand frantically scribbling down notes... they must know they are in for a tough game when they play us on mon.
Well done stanley and all the travelling support.

well they will know that it will be a rough game , thats one thing for sure!
A team of all-in wrestlers who use elbows and shirt pulling and amazingly the ref missed most of it and yet gives a penalty for a tackle that took the ball but the player knew how to con the ref.
What a pity we didn't have a decent ref today.
Both our strikers subbed with injuries, Coleman certainly did his homework.
