A Football League Ground Grading inspection took place at Christie Park today. Rod Taylor, Neil Marsdin and Cate Barker (Deputy Safety Officer) met with representatives of the Coca-Cola Football League, Nationwide Conference, Football Licencing Authority and Lancashire County Council.

Rod Taylor commented, " It was a very positive meeting and we are fully aware of what we have to do should the club be in a promotion place at the end of the season. We look forward to receiving the report from the Football League in due course and will have a plan in place to complete any works identified."

Somebody who ACTUALLY knows said, "I don't know why they bothered, their team's crap."

I'm not rising to your bait - but "with ease"? I don't think so!
Our ten men outplayed you for long periods and you were desperately kicking for touch for the last 10 minutes.
End of.

you must have been at a different game!!

I was standing next to the away dug-out and even Coley couldnt understand why the penalty was given. 3-2 was flattering on the night to Stanley.

Re: Morecambe's Ground

i missed most of the second half on monday as i was vomiting (a lot) in the toilet. i went home feeling like s***. i thought i had this bug that rife at the moment.
that was until my wife who has a medical background looked at me and said, " you've been mixing with the shrimps have'nt you?"
i said, "there were a few in the crown pre match"
she replied with knowing look, "thought so , they're all sick as parrots as well"
