All I'd say is while McConville has improved, there is still plenty of scope for further improvement !! I'm still of the opinion he could do with filling out a bit more as I think he's easily pushed off the ball and he needs to work on his set pieces / crossing.

Would agree with most that Gornell is the most improved player. His work rate is exceptional. Most managers in this league would take him if they got the chance. Also much improved is goalkeeper Cisak whose handling has got better. Needs to work on distribution methinks
