looking from a distance at that end the other night it looks like the toilet block is being demolished. If so that would be why the temporary stand came down, and will go up again shortly before it is required.

The toliet block was demolished (the one next to the cowshed) as i helped do it, well most of it was, just bits of rubble left,

I think then the temporary stand was put up for a day for the inspectors and then soon as they had seen and approved the ground then they put it down to stop any further rental costs.
