Well done to the guy. Think he's our most improved young player and even more satisfying that he came through the youth system. If he can cut out the howlers (a sliding tackle from the next county that took a winger out at the knee springs to mind), he could become a very good player if he continues to improve at his current rate.

A very versatile addition to next seasons squad who can play a few roles and do them very well, his effort & commitment this season which Smudgie points out make it his best season so far.

What a difference 12 months makes! This year, I'm very glad to see that he's the first player to sign up for next year.
The most noteworthy part, for me, is that we are offering him a 2-year deal. Whereas this was the exception in previous years, hopefully this is a change in approach that will see players more keen to sign their contracts and earn the Club some money from transfer fees as well |
