I agree we were well behaved as always, the thing that triggered the problem was when one of the stewards decided to nick our beach ball we were having a laugh with.I personally felt it was a bit petty, what damage can an inflatable beach ball do?But that a side it was a good day out,and after the game in the Crown where most of the players and staff of FCUoM made an appearence was good crack too.Thanx Stanley for being good hosts, will be there again in 2 weeks........

Re: Nelson v FC United

I was also stewarding as usual today. Nice to see some of the guys back that I 'ruined the game for' last time having a bit of banter with me!!! It's never my intention to ruin anyones game, the players are more than capable usually without my intervention!!!

Sorry about the beach ball guys but its an instant confiscation because of the really decent chance of it entering into the field of play and interrupting the game. Although it didn't interfere with the game it did end up pitchside a couple of times causing a couple of kids behind the goal to jump over the wall to retreive it, which if the referee had seen them it could have caused some problems.

Looking forward to seeing you all against Harwood.
