Re: New Contracts?
i for one am very worried over the continued silence about contracts and retained players etc. most teams who are not involved with playoffs have already tied players down and released the not needed. i hope i am wrong but i can see us losing a few players we might of wanted to keep, namely grant and symes. the management duo are not helpin either if they commit then the players will too. are they waiting to see if there is a better alternative???????????????????

Im waiting till the end of the week for news
Cant see Symes staying which is a massive shame but if he has already got a bigger club after him there is nothing we can do.

Re: New Contracts?
Yeah he went on yesterday morning, I personally hope its just an automatic thing as his contract has ended, but I very much doubt it. I think he knew he was playing his last games for the club and wanted to give us a couple of performances to remember him by!

Re: New Contracts?
Yeh, With his injury record I dont hold much hope for Leam.
Massively disappointing as he just slotted straight back into the side like he had never been away those last 2 games

Re: New Contracts?
It's such a a shame that it took so long to get Leam back to first team football, with several misdiagnoses along the way and being passed from pillar to post.
I agree wholeheartedly with the previous posters' comments, he performed brilliantly in the two games he played in at the end of the season. If the sad news is true that he has been released, then I'm glad (as I'm sure he will be) that he had the chance to go out with a bang.
A very important player in getting us to where we are now, thanks for everything Leam.

Re: New Contracts?
I have to agree he slotted straight back into the back four like he had never been away and gave us something we had lacked for large chunks of last season a player comfortable going forward in possession like an old fashioned wing back.
Good Luck Leam
