Haven't posted for a while but seeing an item about the club shop prompts me to ask if any other non-local has had problems with them.Ordered two shirts 2/12 which I was told should be desatched 5/12.Not a dickie !

- - - hit the enter key before adding phone calls and emails not returned. Second successive Christmas they've let me down. Not good enough.They need to get customer service basics right before dreaming up more revenue spinners to let us down with ! feel a touch of the Victor Meldrews heading Rob's way.

Complete sympathy with you LongLostSon. The way they run the business really is farcical. Not sending the items is bad enough, but then to not return phone calls and e-mails is just pathetic.

I feel all items in the club shop are way overpriced...
 The mark up is way over 100% on the current Surridge website i appreciate the garments need to be badged but still the mark up is massive.Now before you all jump on me no i dont expect the shop to give stuff away `and yes all the profits go into the club...but it needs to reasonably priced. In general Lancashire is not at the higher end of the wage scale. What about a sale ?? |
