New signing
Well this has to be one of the best the club have signed, our chairman Mr Holt has signed a document and the club now owns the land it sits on. Priced at £400,000 plus 3% interest until paid, which will be soon according to the chairman.

No longer having to pay the lease is massive to a club like Stanley,when times are hard, as it was not many years ago.

Having some proper assets is a massive step forward too. In the past the club could have been wound up for peanuts [scrap value, etc], whereas now it owns land with an actual value. I think that's a major positive and a real advancement overall.
