Re: New training ground planning permission :-(

SUPERB NEWS!
Have a look at this;
Ribble Valley Borough Council Planning Application Search
Application 3/2014/0137

Do have a look at the attached files for the drawing plans.
Shows detailed plans of the building and surrounding trees some of which need care during the building process.
Excellent stuff.
Well done to Andy Holt....TOP MAN!

AS far as I understand the planning permission is for an extension to Andy's house over looking Hammond Fields. That's the other side of the road and a mile away from where the original application for a training ground was applied for.

So does that mean the new training ground has got approval.
I know when the original plans got knocked back I was having a drink with Andy in his local and he said he wouldn’t try again.
He has got approval for the extension on his house though.

That should read, If the plans got refused he wouldn’t try again. So it looks like they have got the go ahead.

Exile....Thanks for finding the updated plans etc.
It's certainly looking good!

I just wish that I had a 'Back Garden' as big as Andy's in which to build an extension SO BIG!
