I'm not sure but I think it applies for all ticket matches AccyMad, but I could be wrong

Don't no if its a FA rule or not !!But i think its more likely a recomendation by the police so that their isn't a build up of ticketless fans hoping to by one on the day/night on spec! which would creat problems for the club and police.

I would guess that from this weekend tickets will b available via the internet, in which case i would expect afew newcastle fans to snap them up. I expect to see Geordie fans scattered all over the ground. I don't think they'llcause any hassle though.

Think you could well be right mab, the police have the last say on what happens on football match days be it Wembley Stadium or the Crown
