Re: Next week

EVERY game is massive from now till the end of the season, simple.

Win Tuesday and draw at Macclesfield will leave us in a superb position.

Looking at the table, Shrewsbury away is THE game.

Re: Next week

reckon if the reds can win the next 4, of which 3 are at home, we cracked it.

Re: Next week

Hope you guys get to at least the play offs.

It hurts but no doubt some of you felt the same about us last season.

However if you don't do it, what are the chances that some higher division club will look at Coley and tempt him away?

Re: Next week

chances are if it were to happen, if they can afford the release fee, they got him, aint rocket science, if he chose to take that option.

CC, thank-you, and yes some of us were thinking the same last season.

As for Coley, if we dont do it, it could be very difficult to keep hold of him, however with the off field shennanigans now well on the way to being sorted, then it is to he hoped that both him and JB won't be going anywhere.

Re: Next week

To get automatic they will need to get 6 points this week and need to beat Shrewsbury away to have any chance. In truth I think 6 wins is needed for automatic and 5 wins to guarantee a play-off place, I think that Stevenage may just nudge Bury for that automatic spot and it is a big game for them on the last day of the season as Bury play Stevenage away. I do think we need to win both games this week to push the pressure onto the other teams around us.

Re: Next week

Just a bit of a reality check,Southend were one of the best teams we have played this season and macclesfield at home are no easy touch, think 3/4 points would be a good return.
