No way to treat loyal fans

Having just read about the 50/50 draw debacle [see Henry Morton's thread] I think we are owed some kind of explanation and more importantly,Henry,Kate and Sam are owed a VERY LARGE APOLOGY!
What on earth is going on here?? Bottletop pays for sponsorship of a draw that is then hi-jacked by God knows who?
Loyal and hard-working fans have handed over their own time and money to support the Club and have ,in return, been humiliated and betrayed.
Sorry to sound whiny but I appreciate all the hard work that Henry puts in to the Supporters Club and if the Club are happy to lose him and have their shell-suited thug instead;well it doesn't bode well for us or the Club.
I have heard that this person selling tickets was intimidating and looked threatening;is this the kind of image likely to attract new fans to the Interlink? I doubt it.

Think we need an explanation please;and a serious rethink.

I saw him (isn't he supposed to be from Radcliffe Borough or something?) and i think that he lokked like uncle Fester from the adams family! He tore off the tickets before we even said that we wanted them! Pushy and patronising, not a nice man.

Re: No way to treat loyal fans

Yup someone has to hold their hand up. Some of the comments and language he was shouting out has no place at a family club where young children are present. As for the comments about Iraq, how does this help the club. I know several people serving out there. It only takes one person to hear these associate him with the club and thats a potential season ticket out the window. His job was to sell draw tickets not to offend people who have paid their entry and use language unsuitable for a family event. Several people had mentioned him to me and when you compare what he offered to the friendly service on offer before there is only one winner.
