Re: Offer Leam The Job.
Good luck to Leam.
I hope he gets the support he deserves from the club, I'm sure he will from the fans.

Re: Offer Leam The Job.
Congrats and thanks to Leam. And well done to the club for putting their faith in him. Tricky little first fixture as the new manager, let's hope the team show what we know they're capable of on Saturday.

Re: Offer Leam The Job.
A good appointment for Leam and for our Club...
Hope that he, the Board and the Fans are patient and willing to learn together over the next few months, for nothing is more certain than the fact that he will need all the support he can find to fulfil his aims.
Like everyone else I wish Leam well in all his efforts .

Re: Offer Leam The Job.
It's already been said by everyone on this post but I must add my congratulations and thanks to Leam. Well done also to the club for getting the right man for the job. Now we can build for the future.

Re: Offer Leam The Job.
Way i see it yonmon, hes got a good cushion of points to kick off wi, Consolidate n rest of season to get used to the business, I fer one will be perfectly happy if it pans out like that, anything more would be a bonus, As he was without doubt the fans choice, reckon that will apply wi most?

The scenario you outline here Cashy would suit me down to the ground !!....and, oddly fora Soccer Manager ?, everyone I speak to appears to like Leam's style and personality.
( And...no more individuals doing Python, Boa Constrictor, Adder, Viper, Cobra and Black Mamba impressions for you to worry about !!).

Also, does this mean he has totally hung-up his playing boots and will be solely concentrating on the management side ?

Re: Offer Leam The Job.
Congratulations to Leam. Well done to the club too. A 2.5 year contract to a rookie manager shows their confidence in him.

Congratulations Leam, see you in May on the Town Hall steps for our civic reception
Rob Heys was quoted in the Observer I think, saying that money is availble to bring in a number 2 and that Leam had spoke to a few people
