Re: Old shirts - any sign?

So this means you're still going to keep coming, doesn't it? And you'll still be bringing some of your mates along, won't you? We need every fan we can get!

Re: Old shirts - any sign?

Hello! My name is Mathias. I live i Oslo, Norway and for some reason I've become an Accrington Stanley fan. Therefore, a friend of mine ordered the 07/08 kit (as a gift to me) from the official Accrington-website. This was in late April, and still there is no sign of the shirt. My friend has payed for the shirt, and I'm starting to get real ****ed. Especially considering the lack of answering our e-mails to the club. Does anyone have any tips, or know if this is a common problem?

Re: Old shirts - any sign?

Whilst it is great to see all this chaos being sorted out, but can anyone explain why it keeps happening? I would think that the stories we keep hearing on here are only the tip of the iceberg (majority of fans won't post on here), so why don't we have a proper system for dealing with sales, etc.

This isn't me having a go again, it's a genuine enquiry. Everytime I hear these stories it annoys the hell out of me, and nothing ever seems to change.

I'm sure it's frustrating for you too and it's great that you're sorting it all out.

The none delivery of paid for items is one thing, but what's with the inability to reply to customers via email or phone? The club must act to sort out these recurring problems and that could mean changes in how this side of the 'business' is organised and conducted.

Well done, Touchline t.v. - nice to see that somebody is trying to solve this problem. Now, do you think you could sort out the season tickets, launch the new shirts, oh and update t'fishy site while you're at it!

Re: Old shirts - any sign?

Just to complete this part of the story, the shirts arrived yesterday (Tuesday), duly signed. Many thanks to southernred and touchline.tv for the help.
