Re: O'Neill OUT!

supporters trust is a MUST.
There is no excuses for the Don, no more 'fans forums', no more media spin from him or Heys or Lazarus.
Out and nothing else.
Dont buy anything from the club shop Google Page Ranking on a matchday.
Whilei t will have a negative effect on the club`and the team - until Oneill and co realise we dont want them under ANY circumstance, this is a necessary action.
Buy nothing, just attend the games with your season ticket.
And protest like hell.

BTW - O'neill DOES read the message board.

Wrong.
Rob Heys is Rob Heys through and through.
He knows that any other owner/buisness person would not employ him as a cheif excecutive.
He needs this lot as the alternative is different employment

Re: O'Neill OUT!

Yet another simple Management Equation!!..

Ineffective and Ill-informed Management + Double-Speak = ABJECT FAILURE !!..

and another...

Inability to create Meaningful Strategy + Negative Google Page Ranking = ABJECT FAILURE !!

and another...????

David O'Neil + Rob Heys = ABJECT Failure !!...

If “Good Management is doing things right; and Good Leadership is doing the right things.”..

Then on both accounts ... Poor Management/Abysmal Leadership these Men have Failed!! and if you Fail then you are of no further use to the Organisation which relies on your service and effort !.

Sorry to be theorising again, but these are unshakeable constants in any Manager's armoury which thoroughly justify the call made by this thread.....

'O'NEIL.......OUT !!.

Re: O'Neill OUT!

It appears to me that Rob Heys is merely pulling the trigger, its the DON and before him ERIC the WHALLEY that are not only loading the bullets, but fashioning them as well...
The blokes I would want removed are the two directors who allegedly made the now infamous comment;" We'ld rather the club went under than let Ilyas have control..", a certain telephone salesperson and , of course, the DON.

Having proved that from top to bottom of the Management (And I use that term lightly!) Structure at Accrington Stanley, there is an almost total lack of any real understanding of what is required of those attempting to run a business successfully, and what is more,a total lack of ability to guide it successfully through troubled waters....Then John...like any other Management Team finding itself in a position of DISMAL FAILURE..they must admit their weaknesses and failings and RESIGN forthwith....or be made to GO !!..

This, I admit, is posted with some degree of passion raging in my usual calm and composed Bosom, but it is also posted from a cool and collected standpoint based on every principle of Good Corporate Management .

Stay Cool John...or Rage forth if you feel like it!!..Cheers!

Angry You Had Your Chance

Mr O'Neil you had your chance to pay the debt by your own means after refusing help and you nearly cost the club (again) I think it's time you packed your bags and ****** off now.

Can't believe you started that share issue without being safe knowing people might lose hard earned cash your a ******* disgrace to the town.

See you tonight
