no it wasn't, i couldn't make it that night but had me portable radio tuned in at the end of the bar in the Arden. As the only real Stanley fan in there they got pretty agitated at me (particularly during Eastenders) for the noise. The last few minutes were manic, got remember the details but we did have a goal disallowed for offside in the dying seconds?

Neither of the Colchester games were live on TV, although the Colchester replay was live on Radio Lancs. Big Frank was the guest commentator.
I guess the goals at Layer road would have been shown the next day. |
