Re: Our neighbours..........
So Premier league clubs have already spent over £1 billion during this current transfer window. Last season Liverpool paid over £43 million to agents. And all the time clubs such as Bury fight for their very existence. How much longer can the football authorities (whoever they may be??) allow this shameful state of affairs to exist?

Looking at the Title and the price of a pint, just reminds me are Rochdale ripping off away supporters in the clubhouse bar this season.

Presumably for as long as those in the football authorities are still getting enough of the money to pay their salaries, pensions, and perks.

Re: Our neighbours..........
The game will only make decent money if the players are charged to play. No idea what the arrangement is.

Re: Our neighbours..........
Bury have been given a 14 day withdrawal of membership notice by the EFL, they now have till 23rd August to provide the information on their finances needed or it could be curtains - sad times

Do not get why they have stopped them playing in the cup??
On second thoughts, I suppose if they went through and then were thrown out, it would be an issue...........
As you say, sad times
Let us hope we can raise some cash for the players and staff at the weekend...

So Bury's Management Owners, and Administrators may have been profligate with their Finances last season as we have all read. This being the case then some criticism must fall on their shoulders.
But what I cannot accept is the disinterest in the Club's present predicament ( which now contains the threat of expulsion from League football ), shown by the EFL, The FA, The PFA , neighbouring Premiership Clubs, the Premiership' s ' soccer millionaires ', the list goes on !.
If this ignoring of one of the potential demise of one of our more traditional clubs is indicative of our national game then all on our Forum and elsewhere who have rightly
criticised this Scrooge -like behaviour have got it totally correct !.
Do you echo my hope that one or more of the organisation's or individuals mentioned have a change of heart in relation to our suffering neighbours at Gigg Lane and prove to be the saviour needed at this time ?. It would end the heartache which we know is having such negative effects on the Players, Management and Supporters day in day out !.
Just a voice crying in the wilderness ?, but I had to say it !.
ON BURY !..ON TO SURVIVAL AND SUCCESS !
