Yes, choirboy, you’re spot on about their centre half using Tommy as step ladder and the myopic ref.
I’d guess it happened eight times out of ten when the two of them challenged for a high ball. I lost count how many times throughout the match it occurred, maybe twenty? It was so obvious it was beyond belief.
But I guess, if you’re a ref, once you let something go three, four or five times, you can’t then suddenly start to penalise it.

Watching the so-called highlights on Sky I notice that the camera man entirely missed recording Oxford’s goal as he, correctly, was pointing the camera straight down, where the throw in should have been taken.
Evidence of another poor decision by an inconsistent ref.

Happy to see yesterday’s subs, both better than either mentioned, I suspect, but, yet again, I would have liked to see them come on earlier.
Pritchard came on 10 minutes after Oxford scored, and Adedoyin not for another 10 minutes.

i think the refs are nearly as bad in the world cup they are crap.
