Paul Mullin Testimonial

As some of you will have seen on the Stanley Website last week there is a Golf Day & Gala Dinner at the Mytton Fold Hotel & Golf Complex which will be taking place on Wenesday 15th September as part of the Paul Mullin Testimonial there is a PDF File with all the information on the day itself which can be downloaded via the following link. http://www.accringtonstanley.co.uk/g...estimonial.pdf

Accrington Stanley Supporters Club are proud to be asked by Paul to help publicise the event for one of the Club's most distinguished servants whilst being what can only be described alongside being a Legend as a true Stanley Icon.

If anybody would like any further information on the Golf Day or The Gala Dinner where the Guest of Honour will be our very own "Coley" please feel free to pm me.

Hopefully this will be just the start of Events for Paul during his Testimonial and as more things come to the fore I will post them up.

Aye hopefully some footy for us of the non-golfing-elite!

Hope all goes well for Paul, he deserves a great testimonial.

Re: Paul Mullin Testimonial

i'm considering the dinner bit - what's a lounge suit? is it a suit you'd lounge about in?

i know the golf bit wouldn't be the slightest bit interesting for none golfy types but I'd thought there would be a lot of interest for Mr Stanley himself

I had an email from Paul to clarify the dress code

Casual would be fine Jeans & a Shirt

Re: Paul Mullin Testimonial

Gala Dinner - Wednesday 15th September
Supporters are reminded that the Paul Mullin Testimonial Dinner takes place next Wednesday evening at Mytton Fold Hotel.

The evening starts at 8pm and tickets are priced at just £35 per person which include a three course meal and entertainment. Both ladies and gentlemen are welcome at the event with a smart casual dress code. There will be a host of players at the event, both past and present, and current Stanley manager John Coleman is the guest of honour.

Paul was a legend for Accrington Stanley in his time at the club, serving through our non-league days and scoring the goal at Woking that saw us promoted back to the Football League. Before he left last season he became the club's record appearance holder with over 400 games in a Stanley shirt.

The evening dinner follows Paul's testimonial golf day for which there are still spaces for four man teams. For further details or to book your place at the gala dinner call 07800 867554.

Ditto - apparently though Paul is possibly also going to have a race night in the Crown & a match on our hallowed turf so most of us will have the chance to join in his testimonial year in some way

Listened to that - also sent in a question by text, unfortunately it was not deemed appropriate to be aired, the interviewer said it would put Paul on the spot - only wanted to know if he would like to come back to Stanley
