The stand if done correctly, I would imagine can pretty much pay for itself further down the line, naming rights for a start, chance to perhaps to incorperate maybe a franchise shop or two into it, a gym that could be used by Club as well as by the community, cafe/restaurant that could be used all year round, sponsors boxes etc.

its on the wrong side of the ground though!!!!!

its not to say that things can't be done with it but it wont maximise its potential unless any design is done very sympathetically with where car parking is available (away end-currently) thus giving away fans better facilities than us at weekends (possibly)

Fraser Eagle gave us £750,000 for three years sponsorship of kit and ground. I'd give it em for life for enough for a new ground with purpose built this and that to ensure revenue all year round and all week round
