Not at all. Imagine being 1-0 down with a couple of minutes to go with the momentum in your favour and the opposition slowing the game down the 5 separate subs.
It’s always been the case with 3 opportunities, just increased the amount of subs to 5.

i think its stupid ok know it was 3 ops before but wheres the common sense if a guy gets injured and you cant put someone on?
