Re: Planning Application
Somebody put a picture of it on here somewhere. It's one of those scaffolding type stands that you see at golf matches.

Re: Planning Application
I don't get any of this:
Do the seats from Blackpool go under the present Shed Roof on the Whinney Hill or does the roof comes of and as Cashy says we gets some nice new seats as per the above picture but no cover over them and sell platic macs or ponchos in the Club Shop?
Is it the seating that is not up to League Standard in terms of numbers or a mixture of Both seating & terracing?
The stand Roof talked about at Christie Park is that the away end the Umbro Stand?

Not really (sorry) All I know are the FL rules and the fact we have applied to HBC for planning permission to move the Control box to a new location, accepted by the Livingstone Rd residents.
Capacity: I "hear" Blackpool is the preferred plan, subject to planning consent being granted.

My understanding is that the whinney hill stand would be demolished and replaced by the blackpool stand.

again stanley have the required a mount of seats for a league club 2000 which are all under a roof which in clude the 300 odd in the whinney hill at the moment which would be replaced with the blackpool ones ,meaning appossible 3500 seats bringing the capacity up above the magic 5000 mark

I'm lost with this now! From what I can tell we have the required amount of seats with the 300 in the Whinney Hill but they are being replaced by the Blackpool stand which can't be counted as seats as they are uncovered so we will have the required capacity but surely this would mean not enough covered seats again?
