Reason being is that Wembley is being used for a European Final around that time, and part of UEFA's stipulations are that the Wembley pitch cannot be used for 2 weeks prior to this final. (this is when the Div 1 + 2 matches should have been)
The "owners" of Wembley have basically doubled booked the pitch (the Football League have a long term arrangement to play League Cup Finals + playoff finals at Wembley This is the "compromise"  |

It's because of the Champions League final.
I would think if Stanley do get there it would probably mean twice the support they would get at Wembley, lot more convenient Anyway Wembley is overated and overpriced

Dont think we will be there this season unfortunately, not consistent enough and the pitch is cutting up pretty badly which doesn't suit our style of football. When games get into a long ball dogfight it doesnt benefit us as we don't have a lot of height in general. But the lads give their all and that's all you can ask.
