Give it a break, Davo.
Is there not a "scouse player" of the year award that he go in for instead? No, hang on, Peter Murphy would win that hands down.
Here's a link to Mr. Dunbavin's new shirt sponsors.
Benches, Hardwood Seating and Memorial Benches, outdoor wooden benches, Manufacturers, Yorkshire, UK

Re: Player of the season
[QUOTE=Jeg Red;1104565]Who's Alfred? [/QUOT
The ever-young Mr Neumann/Newman/ Neumann !....who is presently smiling at you Jeg from the Avatar at the top left of my post !!.
Although it was never mentioned in the niche which he occupies in the annals of comedic literature, Alfred is a dyed in the wool Stanley fan and as my tag-line states we are both more than chuffed by the steady, nay startling progress which the Reds have produced this season!.
My thanks to DAV for also noting Alfred's true worth by placing him at the pinnacle of sporting achievement which is Player of the Year at our Club !!.
Personally I'd have chosen Tom Alfred but I can't be right all the time !.
What me worry ?...'..

Re: Player of the season
I'm a big Alfred fan, but you can't deny Dunbavins year upon year improvement.
Can we close this thread now?
We know the winner and runner up, the deadline for nominee's has passed.

Re: Player of the season
Thanks to all who took trouble to vote & big thanks to Dave & Mel at Giftprint for sponsoring the trophy - I'm sure all will agree Tom was a deserved winner in the end
