Re: Player Wages and Availability
Three more senior players, top scorer Ryan Lowe, club captain Paul Linwood and Kevin Ellison have all agreed to terminate theirs and will be looking for new clubs in the summer.

Re: Player Wages and Availability
From the Observer
Turner is over the moon to be offered a two-year deal! He says he cant wait to score his first league goal and might practice penaltys over the summer and put his name forward, i hope he does.
Kenny Arthur having very preliminary talks about a new contract and dunbavin is also having talks, chris king has a option in his contract which the club can take to keep him for another season, John Mullin also has another year on his contract after triggering an apperance clause. Richardson, Procter, Miles, Grant, Murphy, Bell ecpected to be in talks with new deals, Charnock bring back on loan or in a permanet deal but has one year left on his posh contract and it depends if they release him. Cav also belived to be in Colemans plans, Murdock retiring from football. Andy smith expecte to leave, although Adam Kay on loan could be offered something and FES scholar Alan burton offered a 1 year pro contract, Craig Lindfield he hopes to sign on a new loan deal and wants to get Symes back but admits its hard with the budget

Re: Player Wages and Availability
telegraph today quotes Coley saying that we will be trying to get Charnock but depends whether Posh want the same big fee for him. Might be good news that they have been promoted again as the big difference between Championship and League 2 revenue would more than offset their 50 grand 'loss'

We'd have to get Liz busy with the 50/50 draw.

for some of the squad who played well last season, I think it is worth going that extra mile and putting quality above quantity!
It may prove to be the difference between struggling at the bottom end and putting in a serious challenge at the top end.
A serious challenge to all connected with Stanley but I think the coming season will prove to be a more level playing field than it has for many years for a lot of teams who are budget cutting us included, but the real challenge is being in the mix come April next year

Re: Player Wages and Availability
If this parachute payment is forthcoming because Birmingham went straight back up to Premiership, then maybe we should all be supporting Reading in the playoffs to give us another £30,000, - that will pay for Charnock.
