players prize money
does anybody agree that players should get any prize money issued by the FA for progressing through the next round. The prize money for the FA Trophy is £38 000 from the First Round proper up to the final which is a further £50k. I would not give them the £50k but the £38k for winning 5 ties against teams that are all below us should be incentive enough. Same goes for the FA Cup. £10k for beating Worcester? piece of cake, year before, £10k for beating Horwich with only 12 fit players and a semi-retired fat manager to choose from? piece of cake.
The club bring in revenue from being successful via the gate and extra sponsorship. Let the players have the money and watch the good times roll.

Much as we would like to win the silverware, the league is our main aim this year. We dont want our best players burning them selves out for a quick buck.
