Plymouth Argyle (A) Match Thread
Well,
just like the Pompey away game when I expected Stanley get smashed, we will probably win!
Is there a supporters coach going?
If not, how close is the ground to the train station?
Hopefully we may have some new recruits by the 7th Feb!

Forget the train, £154 quid return!
Leave at 08:04, arrive at 14:44!
And no train home after 3.25pm until the next day.
I would have to leave the game earlier than usual!
trains are a rip off

Looking forward to see the team selection, Pierro will no doubt be dropped, as he was best man on the field last sat.

Re: Plymouth Argyle (A) Match Thread
Maybe something along the lines of...
Davies
Hunt Conneely Atkinson Winnard
Buxton Barry Joyce Procter Mingoia
Gornell
...less a 4-5-1, more a parked bus with Gornell tartlining
Realistically I expect Naismith to start in Buxton's place and maybe Windass for Barry.

Re: Plymouth Argyle (A) Match Thread
Quote from John Sheridan ......
"They're a funny team Accrington , on their day they can get some really good results !"
Perhaps he sees something to laugh at as he views videos of the Reds' last four games ?, or does he mean 'funny'... unpredictable ?.....
Whichever, my hope lies with his second point and that they do indeed get a good result..TOMORROW !!.
Without a more positive effort, better leadership, and a bit of good fortune, and the right outcome that six point gap is likely to shrink and the pressure will really be on !.
The writing was just about legible on the wall last Saturday !....hopefully I won't see any at all tomorrow tea-time l
