Prediction League Game 47B; Stevenage (home) - Playoff 2nd leg)
Accrington Stanley
V
Stevenage
Prediction League – Game 47B; v Stevenage (home) – League Two Play-offs (second leg)
It’s trite but true; this tie’s only half over yet, and we’re not out of this by a long chalk …………..
I pointed out the stats last time; they only lost 3 at home in the league all season, and we weren’t at our best, or our luckiest, on the road. All that changes at Fortress Crown, though, where our record – W15 D5 L3 F53 A24 – was the best bar everybody except Chesterfield ; we also outscored Stevenage by almost a goal a game at home (53 to their 37), and conceded exactly the same as they did; away from the Lamex, they averaged just over one goal a game (25 in 23 League matches), whereas at home we put 3 goals past Macclesfield, Lincoln, Oldham, Crewe, Stockport, Burton, Port Vale, Hereford, Northampton, Southend, Bradford and Barnet, and – let’s not forget – 7 past Gillingham . We can do this ………..
So, Ladies and Gentlemen; the deadline for entries is, as ever, scheduled kick-off time, which is 7.45pm on Friday 20th May. Nobody wants the dream to end just yet ; I want to start the thread that says “Prediction League Game 48; The Playoff Final” ; I want to go to Old Trafford . Away goals don’t count double, remember, if scores are level; mind you, 3-0 has a nice ring about it …………What d’you reckon, Wynonie? What are the Voices saying?
Get your guesses down; you know it makes sense!
Good luck to everyone ………… and thanks for playing!

Attitude will mean everything, if they want a chance to go up and play like it, I can see a 3-1 win for Stanley and then a win on penalties.
