Re: Prediction League Game 8; Port Vale (away)
Good morning all, looks like a great day for football, clear blue skies here in North Staffs. Looking forward to this one, I'm sure it'll be a test of how good, or how bad our forward line is with you only conceding only 1 in 7.
I do quite fancy us though and I'll go for a 2-0 today, it'll be tough but we're playing well and more importantly we're creating lots of chances, something that's been missing from our game over the last few years.
Enjoy your trip.
Cheers

Welcome to the Prediction League, and thanks for the update. Here's hoping for a game worthy of our respective league placings ..... and a Stanley win!

Re: Prediction League Game 8; Port Vale (away)
Hi all, this week's table attached ....
We were mostly over-optimistic this week, with only 3 spot-on for 5 points - Valairian, Football19 and Nelly the Valiant, who leaps into 56th place (out of 70) with his first entry - see you in March I expect Nelly . 11 others were sufficiently pessimistic to forecast a loss, 9 of whom got one of the scores right and therefore 4 points. Wolves Reds now 5 points clear at the top.
Don't forget to get your carefully thought out predictions / wild-assed guesses in in time for Tuesday night's evening kick-off against Crockpot - wait for Div 3 North's new thread though !
