Many thanks, Dan. I hope that you realise that my comments were in no way directed at you personally. I have no doubt that we all agree that you do a fantastic job for the club in what must be very difficult circumstances. The key to it all is in your phrase explaining that you are not "the official voice of the club". The club seems to have no official voice. Quotes often come from Rob Heys but I'm not sure if it is the Chief Executive's job to be the official voice. I can understand him being quoted on matters which are difficult or controversial but for routine and mundane fact-giving issues, the club needs a general administrator to maintain a good flow of communication.
