I have been known to be a big spoon on this forum, but on this occasion I wasn't having a go at you Kipax. You're 'well known' for saying nothing is official until it appears on the 'fishy' site and I was quoting you to make my point.

Found all this on an Ipswich fan site this afternoon, but I've forgotten which one. It even had a quote from Rob on it confirming the sell-on clause and promotion bonus! IF it is true (and I realise it's still a very big if), it's a better deal than we thought.
