Re: "Save Our Stanley"
i reckon if this "Mountain" can be climbed, given the good likelyhood of this "Grant" on the horizon, this will be the "Best" oppertunity Stanley have had to get on a good solid footing, since the "Re-birth" in 68, so stay positive n focused.

Do you need permission from Liverpool, Man City and Blackburn to have a bucket collection outside their grounds ?

Re: "Save Our Stanley"
This is the analysis of the total raised copied from SOS website
Paypal Total 1,463.57
SMS and Phoneline Total £300.00
Private Donations £5,000.00
Bucket Collection (Accrington) £1,400.00
Bury v Accy Bucket collection £2,100.00
Total £10,630.57
If you add up the analysis it only comes to £10263.57 not £10630.57. No wonder the club's finances are in a mess when they cannot add up five amounts correctly.

Just a trifle pedantic Jeff ??.....What's important is not the £ ???.?? shortfall, (Sorry but my Subtraction skills are obviously not as well honed as others on our Forum !).....BUT the massive sum of money still required to make the total Balance read £ 308,000.00.(With a bit left over!).
Like Cashy so succinctly puts it!!......EVERYONE MUST STAY FOCUSSED !.
and the future for our great team will be assured !!

I agree, but surely the ones behind the scenes can get something right sometimes.

Re: "Save Our Stanley"
How about putting a couple of signs either side of the concessionary turnstiles on the lines of:
SOS
Think before you come in here!
Some season ticket holders are paying full price tonight.
Why not help the club out by joining them?

A typical comment from a manc
Will the two donations of £20k and £25k be added to the total?

I would doubt it Baggy, as the Don admitted that these 'loans' had gone towards the day to day running of the club...............He also stated that ' the monies were availiable in the bank, and would be returned to the loanees if required'.
