Re: "Save Our Stanley"
I didn't say he went alone. I said he didn't tell his own directors about the winding up order. Rob is chief executive - advisor to the Chairman, not a director.

We do know the full details, The DON/Rob Heys and Peter Marsden (Then Vice-Chair) went down and nobody else Director or clubwise knew anything about it - FACT!
Anyway this is digressing away from the thread, please lets keep positive and think about S.O.S.

Re: "Save Our Stanley"
I dont think anything can be done now IF the bill can't be paid unless they stand forward and admit as much in the hope that somebody steps up to pay (unconditionally?) on our behalf. If they keep quiet and hope that the HMRC will do a deal then I think that by wednesday teatime the ground will be locked up.
either way I would like to take this opportunity to shout very loudly
DICKHEADS!
for the way that this entire farce has been handled

Does anyone remember what happened in the days leading up to our last winding up hearing on Sept 2nd.
No..?
Why?
Because Mr O'Neil didn't tell anyone it was happening. Not even his own directors!
He went down to London and pleaded for mercy.
He's done it once already......I believe he is about to do it again.
This time the whole of Accrington and beyond is watching.
Very brave or very foolish! Today 12:28
did i say don told no one?
no i didnt
said it would be a hard to keep quiet about but i guess the fans would never know the full facts
where did i say don told no one
