Re: Season 18

Superb celebrations after the match in Coley’s. The whole squad came in and mixed with fans and posed for photos. Great bunch of lads and I personally thanked the loan players and wished them every success in the future. After the match John Doolan shook hands with everyone and thanked us all individually for our support. Great guy! I am already looking forward to next season!

Re: Season 18

A great performance, result and post-match celebration to end a (typical) roller-coaster season.
Next season will be just as difficult but I feel more optimistic about the club than for some years.
Would be interested to know how at many other clubs ordinary fans would get to meet and chat to all the players, the management, and the owner within an hour of the final match.
Looking forward to Tuesday night.

My son in law brought a friend yesterday who is a Burnley supporter. He was very impressed with the facilities and the ground and club spirit shown between the players, fans and management during the match, on the lap of honour and in Coley’s afterwards. He also loved the close proximity of the supporters to the actual playing area. He was particularly impressed with the way John Doolan connects with the supporters!
