We must be due a good run in a cup, which will help us with ££££.
Thoughts please Ladies and Gentlemen

Just about the halfway stage of the season, so I just thought I would re-visit this
Cannot say that I am too disappointed, though I had hoped we would have been nearer the top
That 'cup run' still eludes us and we had chances this season.
Performances have - in the main - been up and down, we have lacked consistency.
Over the years under Coley, we have had strong finishes to the season - here is hoping

Re: Season ahead??
anything in the top half of the league can be classed as a decent finish. few more months of surprise results both way round.

Re: Season ahead??
consistency is what it is, i have been watching stanley first match was 1953 feb or march? i have never seen a better squad than this, if we mastered consistency we would WALK this division in my view, and by the way i was a big Walt Galbraith Fan.

Good assessment of the current squad Cashy built on a league 1 lower end budget I personally think the standard in this league this year is quite good so a push for the playoffs could involve any number of teams currently in mid table who put a run together, could be Stanley.

Re: Season ahead??
not being consistant is why stanley and a few others are mid table. at least its better than being consistant like donny rovers are.

Re: Season just ending??
Well, season is almost over and to be honest not lived up to expectations - in my opinion....
Thought that we had kept most of the key players and added good ones in Pell and Hamilton
We had a decent home run in the middle third of the season, away form has been terrible
We should have most of the current squad at the start of next season - not including loans.
Maybe the experience of this season, will help them next season
Another season in League one is a great result, but I just expected more
