Re: Shrewsbury in bid for Mullin
Maybe you should thank Gary Peters for being a plonker and forcing the issue

Re: Shrewsbury in bid for Mullin
Thank God for that - bloody brilliant news (Now I don't have to change my screen saver at work) Seriously though, we'd have been mad to let him go, it would have been like losing 4 or 5 players at one go.

I sincerely hope that each and every Stanley fan who attends normal matches will turn out for his eventual testimonial. True Legend

Spot on Macca. Never a true word spoken.Fantastic news that Muller's has been granted his wish for a two year contract !! Hopefully the club will reward his loyalty with a good testimonial season with friendlies against one (or more) of our illustrious neighbours. A big pat on the back for all connected with the club (i.e Eric and Coley) for realising Paul's importance and making sure this happened.

I think you should get your facts right. Our Chairman and yours were talking, our Chairman asked yours what he would except for Mullin. Your Chairman stated £75.000. Our Chairman offered it, knowing that GP is an admirer of Mullin. Peters had nothing to do with the negotiations. If you're going to call anyone names, it should be our Chairman, for being over-enthusiastic. I must also point out, that everything was done in the correct manner.
