Quite right. A bargain considering his pedigree, but I rather think we would settle for about half a million!

Ever since he said Josh is worth a million and Crooky could be a millionaire, Could Coley be saying this to attract scouts? To get abit of interest in them?
Although he obviously won't want to lose his best players, at the end of the day were a selling club!

Re: Signings.
According to a Grimsby fan on Twitter, we're looking at Scott Brown (Midfielder) from Grimsby!

What?
Only Dean Winnard is out at the moment.
Messrs Davies, Wakefield, and Dr.Proctor were sat on the bench at Exeter, with Messrs. Buxton, Wright, Pearson, and Halliday on the pitch.
Quite a decent bag of defensive bones to my thinking.

No not really, but think we will get in at least play-offs, so good cover is required imho.

is davies 100 per cent fit at the moment if he is why not in the side. wakefield played at right back earlier in the season but can,t see him getting back in the side with halliday in and proccy is a mid fielder. we might be ok at full back but we have only 3 central defenders. I don't class matty pearson as one but the best left back at the club should play in that position. need a loanee in for dean, get matty back at left back .

I personally think that left back is Matty's weakest position. He's top as a right back, and I think he handles the centre back position well (most times) but I'm usually nervous with him at left back as he never looks comfortable on his left foot. IMHO of course.

Can't agree with that, monkey. He doesn't close down the crosses anywhere nearly as well as either Buxton or Halliday for that matter, and his distribution is not as good. I agree it is a bit strange that Davies hasn't got his place back yet even if not 100% fit.
