Talking Re: Smithy and flickers loaned to barrow.

You could be right - it may be the start of an end.. Its a bit wierd in the fact that if they are full time training, they SHOULD be match fit so it cant be that reason they've gone although I do know THE MIGHTY BARRA have a few injury/suspension problems at the moment and Smithy should be able to plug a gap for em to be fair..

I see Mr Vaughans been up to his tricks again and interfering with the football side of things at Chester by the looks of things. Eric leaves it to John, John leaves Eric to the running of the club and it works - Eric's words not mine..

Re: Smithy and flickers loaned to barrow.

But presumably Coley has decided that they probably won't be on the bench barring injuries in the first few weeks and there are no reserve team games, so they will lose match sharpness.

I'm sure they will, like Evil did with Rochdale when he has on loan with us last year, still train with the first team during the week and attend Barrow training & matches in the evening/Saturday.

Can't see it being financial at all.

If we need them back we just give Barrow the word. That's how it usually works, they haven't signed for good.
