some VERY VERY good news ...

Bradford City have officially ruled Coley out of their final 6 shortlist due to Stanleys 'crazy compensation demands'. Apparently we wanted at least 50% of his contract paying up so they didn't even interview him for the job.

Hands up all those who thought the very good news was summat else

I hope they don't sell themselves short when it comes to other deals, they should have wanted 100%

Your a BIG Tease Mr Russell, although I did think the heading was a little short for it to be The Very Very Very Very good news.

Although always good to hear that Coley isn't going anywhere.

Personally I don't think 100000% would be remotely enough.

According to Rob Heys on twitter we demanded 1 years wage of his 4.5 year contract. Whats that work out at 60k ? IMHO not enough for King Coley.

Re: some VERY VERY good news ...

nowhere near enough, if 4 1/2 years are outstanding then it should be 4 1/2 years end of story. Any club would suffer from losing a good manager, especially one that has been at the club for 12 years. The chaotic way this club has cobbled itself together in recent years he and his staff have been the only good and constant thing about us.
