Shame on the night that Southport lifted the silverware, they also sank to the bottom of the Conference. I bet they swop 3 points for that tinpot at this stage.

Offficial told me no photographing pitchside and when i enquired if any presentation before game he just grumped yes but i cant take photographs on he pitch.. same official told other photographers and one of them demanded to see someone higher up... another official comes and argues the toss with 4 of us until he finally allows us to photograph pitchside with the instruction..ok then but sit as far back as you can..

I found the whole experience to be amaturish and staff unhelpfull. I have photographed at nearly 400 football matches so can be said to be experienced

Re: Southport - Lancashire cup

Kipax my old sparring partner......this is the Lancashire FA you know.

It's been the same at previous finals that we've been in....particularly Chorley.

Mind you, what you guys are worried about beats me!

I'd have thought you'd be looking forward to the delights of Division 2.

Seriously the best of luck. Just a bloody pity that we will not be joining you.

For those who are that bothered, last nights ref WAS that bad. JC really would have had something to complain about had the ref performed like that at one of your games.
