The Crown Ground.
Friday 21st May 2010. Stanley bring in 15 from Morecambe. The first signings of the summer have come in the shape of fifteen sprinkler heads and a large water tank from Morecambe. Earlier today David O'Neill, Bill Holden, Martyn Cook, Aalan Payton and Fran Hartley went up to Christie Park after the clubs agreed a price for the system following the Shrimps final game at the ground ahead of their move to a new stadium in the summer. The fully automated system will be an essential part of the renovation of our playing surface, and will be installed next week as extensive work on the pitch begins, full details and pictures to follow from Monday!
