Stanley at Barrowford Show
If any of you are at loose end tomorrow, perhaps looking for something to do on the Bank Holiday Sunday or just in the area why not pop along and say hi and lend us your support
 Stanley will be at Barrowford Show :: Barrowford Show Welcome :: The football in the Community team will be there with Winstanley, a Penalty shootout and some soccer coaching for the kids. The Supporters Club will also be there helping to spread the word about our "Great Little Club". If you can make it, it would be great to see you there

A thoroughly enjoyable day after the Rain subsided and I managed to get the Gazebo the right way up and off my car due to the blustery conditions early this morning.
 A Big Thank You to Adele, Stacey, Carl & Sue for all their help Today along with Liam & Martin from the Club for their work with the Crossbar Challenge. Thanks also to Dave & Mel for sorting out the flyers and the New Signs for us To me today is what epitimises everything that is good about our Club in that wherever you go people always recognise the name Accrington Stanley and want to talk about the Club, even better the number of people who commented what a good game it was on Wednesday against Newcastle and how unlucky we were not to get a win was incredible. It's not always about big clubs it's also about the little clubs us in particular who play some damn good football but because their players are not household names they go under the radar. The feeling of just connecting with people who have a genuine interest in football but maybe not been to Stanley before if we can just change one persons mind to come to the Crown Ground it makes it so worthwhile
