Does anyone know what the article about Stanley's ground in tonights B/burn telegraph is about ?

Saying the Fa gave us the GREEN LIGHT for the football league if we sort a CCTV room out and a fans first aid room out

Also a piece in the Daily Express today stating ground has been given the green light for Football league. Although most of us knew about this anyway.

It would have been nice to find out about it from the Official Site or the Supporters club site. Is it an official statement in the BT & Express or is it speculation?
