Goalscorers: Ash Seedx2, Luke Hartley, Harry Seed, Dean Briggs x3.
MOM: Jake Dowling.

Another fine performance from the redmen after yet another slow start, runcorn took advantage of our lazy start by taking the lead.
Wing Wizard Ash Seed got things level after defence splitting pass from veteran Cull found Seed, who had time to compose himself and slide the ball beyond the advancing runcorn keeper.
Half time 1-1.
Second Half was one way. Harry Seed got Accy in front with a header at the back post.
Cull made way for PC Briggs who came on and scored a sublime hat-trick within 20 minutes to put the game out of Runcorns reach. Ash Seed added another with a nice finish across the goal and young midfield maestro Luke Hartley completed the second half rout with a deserved goal after a great peformance in the middle of the park.
Stanley Ultras 7, Runcorn 1.

Next week we entertain FC UNITED at home, cup fixture.
Likely to be Wilsons, 2pm.

Re: Stanley Ultras v Runcorn Linnetts

Cracking game, good crowd & a lot of banter.... a heated exchange led to a 2 man pitch invasion & a lot of pushing and shoving. Despite the offer of "boxing" afterwards with a 40-odd year old Runcorn female supporter, I declined!

She would have knocked me right out.................

On Stanley On..... Top by a margin
