Re: Stanley v Hereford

I actually put the original post in annother part of the forum. Shame some of you seem to be ungrateful.

Why is it when a team is doing well a minority of supporters concentrate in slagging off the oppostion instead of prasing there own team.

Friday night's thoughts

Excellent performance again from the boys, they just got a real spirit about them & are a true "team". Although not "hammering" teams they just seem to be getting the results that there efforts are worth. Fantastic effort from everyone especially Darren & the back four & the two upfront. Special mention to Brownie who matched Michael Twiss's volley at Morecambe. Craney really is flying & the goals are proof that he has finally started to click with the Reds. A fans favourite, oh hell i !

Sometimes it ain't the team with the best players but the team with the best "team". I think we have that at the mo but realise it's early days....

A good gate & bouyant atmosphere lots of new faces & hopefully we can retain a few to get the gates up! Maybe Eric will look into Friday night footie for life?

Magic night.... Bring on Graham Westley

Re: Stanley v Hereford

Once again, have to echo the sentiments above, but why oh why did the conference officials manage to get a ref from Shrewsbury to ref this game. And what a stinker he had. The boys done well, keep up the good work and lets keep the crowds up as well, Nice to see over 1600 attending. Even better after I saw Saturday's results and we are still 2nd only 1 point behind Grays. Maybe the manager of the month curse will strike them soon.
