He was originally but then Macc signed him in January.
Murphy turned down Macc's contract offer at the end of the season.

I think he would be a very good signing seeing as we missed out when Macc got him.

Still would be a coup if Stanley could sign him, complement PM and any other striker we may get. Still could do with some new defenders though
