Re: Summer Signings!
its getting like 2010/11 close season again. lost a decent keeper, deano gone and now our most exciting mid fielder gone to the land of the push bikes. seems a new team being on the cards for next season. its not been a good few weeks for us but hopefully coley has some rough diamonds ready for us next season. thought piero might have gone up to division 1 but as with deano we have our memories.

Re: Summer Signings!
I've not seen that many Stanley goals but Piero provided two of the best - the winner against Pompey at Fratton after we'd blown a 2-0 lead, and the screamer against the Wombles a fortnight ago. All the best, but I wish you hadn't gone .

Re: Summer Signings!
Is Piero not to old to qualify for Compo?
Please correct me if im wrong, but i believe it is players Under 24 and with Piero being 24 nearly 25 he is to old.

Out of the main starting eleven not counting loanees we have 5 signed up 4 have left leaving Buxton and Davies to make up thier respective minds believe Buxton on holiday for 3 weeks so might take a while, but if we can keep these 2 plus 4 or 5 decent signings I think we will be OK.

Re: Summer Signings!
Whilst i regarded Dino as our best Stopper, no doubt at all, Piero will be a much bigger miss i reckon, much harder to replace.

Re: Summer Signings!
Piero going. Knew it was on the cards, but doesn't make the pill any less easier to swallow. Good luck to the lad at Cambridge United, but can't help feeling even that may be too far out from London for him. Like others, quite surprised he did not get a move to a league 1 club at the very least. Thanks for the memories Piero, you WILL be missed.

Not so sure about that. We have a young kid called Braydon Shaw who can and possibly do a decent job in Piero's position. That is, of course, he signs on the dotted line for next season, which, from what I have heard from his family, he is being encouraged to do so. Watch this space

In the latter case, training compensation shall be payable until the end of the season in which the player reaches the age of 23.
Seem's like he's too old

Re: Summer Signings!
I liked the look of Brayden Shaw whenever he made a cameo appearance.
Not heard anything regards him?
