Re: Swindon Admission Prices

I wasn't going anyway due to the seating in the away section.

But at £20 I would have cancelled my coach ticket anyway. Scandalous at this level and they should be investigated for fielding inelligible prices.

Re: Swindon Admission Prices

I was going to try & go but after I'd checked out their prices & worked out it'd cost 44 quid for the three of us to get in plus another 54 quid on the coach it's a non starter i'm afraid. Might just go up & support the youth team on Saturday instead

Re: Swindon Admission Prices

Rip off, but you are seeing higher class pedigree players, some panseys yeah, some overpaid primadonnas yeah, some naturally gifted footballers a pleasure to watch yeah. But 30 quid to watch a premiership game let alone a championship is even a rip off, in our part of britain anyway. Average wage in Hyndburn according to stats is 25,000 per year- bollocks id say 12,000. And the clubs in the local area need to get real.

Yes admission prices are a rip off.The average wage paid in Hyndburn is not much different to most of the country, and if it is will be reflected in the cost of living anyway. Football is becoming too expensive wherever you live.

Hyndburn jobs are not as well paid as city jobs. Unemployment is evident everywhere in our town. Chelsea and arsenal can afford to pay 60 quid a game whereas if they were located in lancashire they couldnt dream of charging them prices.

I bet more people who live in Hyndburn work outside the area than in it. It's not just about being able to afford it, it's also about being daft enough to pay it. Maybe we in the North are a bit more careful with our money

Don't worry Glosterred - I'll be there as well (bought my ticket today for the Ansell Stand for away supporters) - so there will be at least two of us to fly the flag !
