teenagers for a quid

As per fishy site for the lincoln game

12 - 16 years old and all students with a valid NUS card admitted for a quid...just have to go to the club shop to fill in a form and get your £1 ticket for the Tues 12th Feb game.

Not forgetting kids under 12 still have free admittance.

great move

Strangely enough I was saying to Oggy last night that I think the 12-16 yr old price range is OTT. Has he been in to the club with his heavies

I was talking to Rob Heys about this at the club last Friday and he did say they were looking to do more for this age range...now I am guessing this may be subsidised someway by E-on (could be wrong though) but they were looking at the long term options for this age group too

Sorry my friend, your are wrong! Just hard working club staff & directors listening to the most important people within the club ( THE FANS) and reacting accordingly.

The fans are the club's customers

Whilst home form has been shocking, nobody denies that, can we all make an effort to have a loud passionate atmosphere next Tuesday to inspire the team to 3points??

OSC, Ultra's over to you

My personal opinion is that this is the age group they should be trying to attack probably more than the under-12's. In five years time ( or even less ) some of those 16 yr olds could be having children they want to bring along to a game. Hopefully the same can't be said for the Under 12's

A 16 yr old can get a season ticket at the Turf for £65, I beleive the blue & white lot are even cheaper with their Sky subsidy's. I know price isn't everything but it goes a long way to help

And even if you can't convert me, long may that attitude reign

Re: teenagers for a quid

As I said Dave this is the age group that the club are looking to target as was prob the exact comment you have made and that they are going to be the adult season ticket holders of the NEAR future...

Maybe me saying what a good idea, made their minds up

I think that has been noted along with the fact that it is a big jump from nothing when a child is under twelve to a £169.60 on the Terrace once they are twelve, yes you are correct this is a key age group to be targetting
